A ray of hope

A dark path,

a forest,

an unknown land,

a deer,

who knows nothing of how it reached there,

trying to move forward,

but lost,

there is darkness everywhere!

From somewhere a light cracks open,

visible to her slightly,

making her feel hopeful,

moving towards it,

and moving towards it,

still it is not getting any bigger!

It was a ray of hope,

inside her heart,

which was shining onto her,

it is her "hope" alone,

leading her forward,

and she believed in moving forward,

because she knew there was no backward!
