Mental Health Awareness : part 2 - Yin and Yan

Work towards your goal to keep your mind-body as relaxed and as productive as you wish it to be! Surround yourself with positivity but be brave enough to analyse the negative impacts or outcomes that can happen with every choice you make. Cutting yourself out from negative scenarios is the most stupid thing you can do because what we need is stability/ equilibrium and not ignorance. We should accept that there are positive and negative outcomes for our every actions and we have to be prepared to embrace the challenges. Be a sport ! You might not always like the outcomes of your choices but you can by default prepare youself to believe like yin and yan ,positives and negatives coexists, all we need to do is find the stability. If today an issue happens, insead of panicing we need to know that this is not the end of your story, its just a phase, as the saying goes nothing is permanent not your happiness or your sorrows. I am emphasising about the acceptance of negative outcomes also because I see a lot of people.. they surround themselves with false positvity and they shutout negative scenarios or emotions and eventually when things go wrong one day, its going to break them cause they might not be prepared enough. Being in touch with your problems , acknowledging their existence and working on yourself is the most sanest thing you can do. Be prepared to embrace every outcome and to know that its just not happening to you, everybody has to go through the negatives and positives in life.
