The Invisible Thread

There is a time when the pen and paper turn away from each other,

and a time when the keyboard and fingers never meet.

There is a time when butter is better than jam to bread,

and a time when jam is better than butter.

There is a time when a blackboard is replaced by a whiteboard,

and a duster with marker pen.

A time when water takes over the land,

and land takes over the water.

There is a time when you and me were together,

and a time when you turn your face away from me.

But all those time when communication is lost,

there is a nice thing called "Silence" there;

which lets us think and think over and over again,

to forgive and redo things which you and me forgot to.

Bread is not only for butter but for jam too;

and fingers can never be separated from keyboard so long nowadays.

And pen will definitely meet with paper that is so very important,

so I am sure you and me will never loose what we had.

The single invisible thread of love is woven into our hearts;

which are so merged into us,

that we often never recognize.
