3 year work anniversary 🎈
Over the past three years, I've embraced the role of a pawn at my workplace, using it as a platform for personal growth. In the past, I would have left at the first sign of insult, but now I see the value in stability, even when faced with discouragement. Through perseverance, I've gained both financial independence and invaluable experience. Despite facing challenges and criticism, I've chosen to stay afloat rather than succumb to anger. This journey has brought growth, pain, and ultimately, a sense of calm. While being a working woman may not be everyone's choice, for me, it has been a path of empowerment. Along the way, I've interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds, allowing me to understand different perspectives. I've observed that priorities differ among different groups; while some value power and authority, others prioritize financial stability. As a South Indian, I recognize the importance of providing for my family and maintaining composure in challenging situations. Despite facing hardships, I've persevered, refusing to let setbacks deter me from my goals. Though there were moments when quitting seemed tempting, I chose to push through, knowing that my resilience would ultimately lead to personal and professional growth. My advice to newcomers would be to prioritize staying afloat and letting go of ego, as this is essential for personal and professional growth. In my own journey, I've learned that you have embrabce the mindset of seeking resilience and humility as the key to overcoming challenges and evolving in the workplace to navigate difficulties with grace and emerge stronger.
