Can I you give colours to each emotions? These colours will be purely personal basef on our interpretations say happiness take orange colour, joy takes yellow, love takes pink, gratitude takes green and so on, similarly greif takes grey, anger takes red, disguist takes yellowish brown , anxiety takes lavender or something like that. But all these shades are part of a palate that designs your emotions. Both negaitve and positive emotions helps you be in touch with your vulnerable self. Emotional balance is very much important to prevent long term harm. Denying or suppressing emotions could make your internal system more complex and you might take a hard time processing it which might even affect your interactions with your loved ones and/ peers.Selfawareness about us and our emotions is very much important for our personal growth. Resilience helps us face all challenges in a much composed way.Our emotions matter, because we matter, and our mental health is important. Our mental health is connected with our physical health and overall well being,so we have to protect our internal peace. All emotions are valid both positive and negative, it is us humans that complicate them with our overthinking. I was filled with anxiety and rage when my old supervisor used to control my actions like when I took leave and when I should leave after work. I have confornted her manytimes, but it was not so fruitful. But now when I think about it, standing up for myself was one of the best decisions I took, but holding the grudge and anger for some period of time was eating me up, it was self-hurting. So, emotions are natural, but inorder to control them from destroying ourselves we have to be mindful enough to know where to put fullstop!
