We all want to improve ourselves, better us for a better tomorrow. And as we keep our externals clean, so it requires to keep the internals clean too. Your body, physical health and mental health should thrive together. Mental health is of utmost importance because your thinking as the power to bring the rest of the two into its exact positions. I happen to see the podcast introduction of pearle maaney, a feather in her cap as a motivational speaker and I have completed both the episode 1 and 2 which is released. I decided to write about it after listening to episode 1. She is person filled with positivity and she resonates it to the outside world. It is always a pleasant experience to listen to her. Gulu Gulu Talks, as the name suggests is a very funfilled comedy podcast where serious topics are discussed lightly in laymans terms with jokes to make it more receivable and entertaining. I will give you a gist of Episode 1 and 2, so that you can be prepared for what you are going to experience. This podcast is in malayalam but she also speaks in english inbetween.
EPISODE 1: The Welcome Episode ,the key points Pearle Maaney spoke about and which I noted down were nothing that we dont know but often we need someone to remind us i.e; to feel gratitude always. To acknowledge that you have a blessed life, and you are happy. She spoke about how changing our perspective is much more happening than waiting for a change in the perspective of the people around us. She reminds us if we change ourselves a little, it will reflect on the people we encounter with us. She also reminds us to be happy about the little things in life. We have to understand what is happening with us and understand it. We have the power to tap into our mind and reprogram it. She also speaks about how it is required to make your mind / your innervoice as your bestfriend, an encouraging bestfriend who can take control of your life when you are down / facing some emotional or other issues. She also encourages us to listen to Dr. JOE Dispenza, he is a motivational speaker. Your subconcious mind is alert all the time. It is necessary to workout our phobias, reprogram and change it.
EPISODE 2 : Understanding Mind and its Hidden Power, she starts with reminding us that “ if you have a healthy mind, you have a healthy life”. Everything starts from the mind. Mind has 2 parts the concious and the subconcious. There is also a state of Trans, which is the subconcious mind taking over. The subconcious mind is very powerful. We have to learn more about our mind, and it can be used for ourselves , a better future and world. Some of us are not really utilising our mind but going in autopilot mode. Subconcious mind is always on record mode. Pearle explains beautifully about concious and subconcious mind. She have used this abbreviation RRR for the subconcious mind which means Record, Retain and Recall. She explains how important it is to control our emotions, the difference between reactions and response. She also throws some light into the easy way to hack your mind through breathing techniques. She gives a little introduction about square breathing. Make yourself ready for unexpected situations in your life, and give control to your subconcious mind when you cannot take over first by befriending your subconcious. She repeats our reality is what we are on the subconcious mind. She also gives an introduction of paradigm through a story. She says it is important to be empathetic when we see minds. We have to see beyond the exterior into peoples minds and experience the beauty. It was a very entertaining and informative podcast and I am thrilled to listen more.
