I can still hear what my HR told me, 2 years back " some people are privileged , only they can avail for permanent work from home".
And that senior collegue who said " sick people will not get job anywhere".
Even though it was quiet hurtful and shouldnt have come from an HR; we known right we are not living in UTOPIA. Not all people are treated equally , equality is just a facade in every kind of community, just for the sake of showing it to the outside world. And yet I have not raised a complaint , there are people who raise complaints for silly things like feedback reviews; even on my review last year when my old supervisor praised my collegue I kept quiet even though it hurt me so badly. My life have always taught me one thing, I am always on my own no matter what, if Im sick, or tired, or cant go on anymore; I should keep going because there is no other way. And corporates just take advantage of our vulnerability. You cry and wipe your tears alone, than talking to those meaningless people who degrade you as and when they get time. Eveything in life is not fair and square. Even your relatives are not REAL, what more can you expect from outsiders?! It all depends on you!
Some people keep asking me why I reveal things so unfiltered at times, its because I wanna tell all those who are down; that its ok people can always fail you. You can also get failed at times, hurt and insults should fuel you to keep going more than an early surrender to your doom; because some who see you fail will rejoice more in your pain. DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN EVER....!!!!!So instead of being the VICTIM , be a WARRIOR !
My mom used to say when I feel sad or cry about my life's problems that those who are god's favorite will have to go through alot of hardships, its because he thinks you can do it. I do believe I'm a golden child, who can do it! Thats how I go on forward in life.
