Self Compassion — extending kindness to yourself

Compassion is having the heart and mind to understand others situations and sufferings. Compassion encompasses Sensitivity, Generocity, Tolerance, Objectivity and Hospitality. Compassion is inborn as well as cultivable. Being thoughtful about others who cohabit the earth with us, respecting all life forms and understanding their situations is a great virtue.


But have you shown compassion to yourself? Have you been kind to yourself? And understanding?And forgiving? Have you given yourself an other chance to be better? Self Compassion, is extending the kindness you show to others to yourself, to understand and be mindful about your situations. To be forgiving to yourself and believing in the fact that you still do have a chance to better yourself. SelfCompassion is being non-judgemental to oneself, to untangle the complexities within and reduce anxiety, stress, depression. It is working towards your wellness. Extend the kindness you show others to oneself, to love and accept oneself. To be there for oneself, and help stabilise yourself. We are all good advisors and self taught coaches to others in need. We offer free advices to those in need and feel very proud about that too. Why cant we advice ourselves,be the most useful and practical in addressing our situations. Why cant we try to stay hopeful and postive in a negative situation? Its tough, but its not impossible! Its to be practised, in our daily life. Be the ear, mind, voice and hand to yourself. Uplift your spirit and encourage yourself. Stay connected to your core! Befriend yourself❤️
