Self victimization even after having choices

We all have a choice. But some of us like playing victims! Now, isn't that #pathetic? Women are indeed women's worst enemies in some cases. But men, they reap a little benefit themselves too from all the quarrels. It's not gender-specific, sadly, like we think; it's more character-specific. We have victims in every gender, as we have villains in every gender. Don't you think? Thankfully, we are all #heroes of our own story, even if we are not good in some people's stories. We have the power to feel like the 'main character' because we have a life of our own. Don't forget that; it's indeed a power we possess! Our characters can be wielded as strength or weakness. It can be influenced by genetic factors, no doubt, but it has also been greatly influenced by our situations, peer pressure, and a lot of other factors. Our character isshaped by other characters we indulge ourselves with. We meet a lot of people over the years, and some of them stay and instill a few qualities in us. To assess the quality of these qualities they instill in us cannot be entirely done by us in a short time; it requires living a little longer and experiencing life. Being in the clutches of a stronger grasp makes it even more difficult to enact your mind. You carry a universe with you, and yet this universe is being controlled by someone else. We simply let them. Strength doesn't come from being extroverts or outgoing people. Strength doesn't come from being leaders or being stubborn. Strength simply comes from knowing who and what you are, and from knowing that all the connections you possess are temporary. Make hay whilethe sun shines.
