The Confidence Journey --009 Types of Confidence

There are different types of confidence, if we observe person to person who interact with us in close proximity. There have been times where I have been in awe of how confident some of my peers are when they are assigned with a presentation or taking charge of any activity or any kind of task. Some are very confident with people, some are very confident with machines, and there are some; who are good at both. There are also situations where, I have observed that some people's confidence is very off-putting rather than being pleasant.

Let's meet the right types of confidence we need to excel in life:

1. Social Confidence

2. Expertise Confidence

3.Physical Confidence

4. Self Worth Confidence

Social Confidence : How confident are you in the social setting? This can be any function, family or institution, any party, public speaking, and other kinds of gatherings. Social confidence can be portrayed with your speech, body language and the way you present yourself.

Expertise Confidence: How confident are you in your skills and abilities? Expertise confidence is shown through your confidence in what you do and what you are good at. This will be shown through the way you deal with the problems thrown at you, and how smoothly you handle it. Also your confidence is shown in how willing you are for the change for the greater good and how patiently you accept feedback.

Physical Confidence: Physical confidence is equally important like any other confidence, because it's how confident you are in your appearance that helps you have any other positive relationships whether it is friendship or other intimate relationships. If you doubt your looks, you might feel unworthy of other peoples companionships but in reality it is just a blockage in your mind that you cannot accept anything good is deserved by you.

Self Worth Confidence: You need to know who you are before expecting others to know who you are, fair enough? YES, we often expect greater things from others when we give ourselves the bare minimum, how is that fair? We need to know what we are capable of and what we deserve in life.

Apart from these kinds of confidence, there is also the confidence that you need to have in others , whether it's your family members, friends or team members, the confidence that whatever happens will eventually be for your good, because what you manifest you receive. Like how we are sending a request to the server waiting for a response, and only if we give the right parameters in the request we receive a success response, it's our duty to be confident about the things we dream for, when we are manifesting positivity, we receive positivity.
